A Personalized Approach to Therapy
I believe therapy is most effective when it’s personalized and client-centered. Every individual is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, using proven, evidence-based techniques to help you achieve lasting change.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT helps you identify and challenge negative thought patterns. By recognizing irrational beliefs and replacing them with healthier perspectives, we can alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and perfectionism.
Exposure and Response Prevention
ERP is the gold standard treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Together, we gradually expose you to your fears in a safe, controlled environment to reduce anxiety and prevent compulsive behaviors.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
ACT encourages you to accept difficult thoughts and feelings, rather than fighting them. Through mindfulness and value-based living, ACT helps you live a more meaningful life, even in the face of challenges.
